103. Al-'Asr

وَٱلْعَصْرِBy the time﴿١﴾

By time

إِنَّIndeedٱلْإِنسَٰنَmankindلَفِى(is) surely, inخُسْرٍloss﴿٢﴾

Indeed, mankind is in loss

إِلَّاExceptٱلَّذِينَthose whoءَامَنُوا۟believeوَعَمِلُوا۟and doٱلصَّٰلِحَٰتِrighteous deedsوَتَوَاصَوْا۟and enjoin (each other)بِٱلْحَقِّto the truthوَتَوَاصَوْا۟and enjoin (each other)بِٱلصَّبْرِto [the] patience﴿٣﴾

Except for those who have believed and done righteous deeds and advised each other to truth and advised each other to patience
