114. An-Nas

قُلْSayأَعُوذُI seek refugeبِرَبِّin (the) Lordٱلنَّاسِ(of) mankind﴿١﴾

Say, "I seek refuge in the Lord of mankind

مَلِكِ(The) Kingٱلنَّاسِ(of) mankind﴿٢﴾

The Sovereign of mankind

إِلَٰهِ(The) Godٱلنَّاسِ(of) mankind﴿٣﴾

The God of mankind

مِنFromشَرِّ(the) evilٱلْوَسْوَاسِ(of) the whispererٱلْخَنَّاسِthe one who withdraws﴿٤﴾

From the evil of the retreating whisperer

ٱلَّذِىThe one whoيُوَسْوِسُwhispersفِىinصُدُورِ(the) breastsٱلنَّاسِ(of) mankind﴿٥﴾

Who whispers [evil] into the breasts of mankind

مِنَFromٱلْجِنَّةِthe jinnوَٱلنَّاسِand men﴿٦﴾

From among the jinn and mankind
